School Enrollment

If you are a parent/guardian of a new student who would like to attend BEARDEN Public School , you will need to provide the following items. "For school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following:
 
1. Current, up-to-date immunization records; or
2. A completed and signed exemption form.
 
The school will also need a copy of your child’s birth certificate, a transfer if you live outside our district, and CDIB card (if applicable) upon enrollment.
